Part Time Nanny Brentwood – Essex – POSITION FILLED

A welcoming family based in Brentwood – Essex are looking for an experienced, nurturing and confident Nanny to look after their two children G4 and B10 months. (5 and 1 by the start date)

This is a part time permanent position. 3 days a week – Monday and Thursday are set days and either a Tuesday or Wednesday 8am-6pm.

This role wouldn’t suit a nanny who needs to bring their child to work with them.

The successful nanny will need to have the following skills:

  • Have exceptional organisational skills
  • Competent and strong communicator
  • Be a driver with a clean driving license (nanny to use own car or duty car available)
  • Hold a current first aid certificate
  • Able to assist with school work
  • Great references
  • Minimum 5 years nanny experience
  • Good knowledge of the local area and network of nannies
  • Hold a childcare qualification
  • Clean DBS and on the update system

Your duties will be:

  • Prepare healthy and nutritious meals from fresh ingredients
  • Supporting development milestones
  • School pick up and taking to after school clubs
  • Attend classes with the youngest
  • Organising fun activities in school holidays
  • Keep communal areas clean and tidy
  • Usual nursery duties depending on time such as laundry, bedding, ironing and keeping the children’s rooms tidy

Location:           Brentwood– Essex

Hours:                3 days a week – Monday, Thursday and either Tuesday or Wednesday 8am-6pm – 30 hours a week

 Job type:           Part time permanent

Salary:                £12-£15 gross per hour (negotiable for the right nanny)

£1.5k – £1.9k gross per month

Pets:                   No pets

Start date:         July 2022 (start date can be earlier for the right candidate)
