Following a home visit with you and once you are formally registered with us, we will advertise your position to attract any candidates on the job market. When all our candidates have been carefully checked we will provide you with a profile on each candidate that we feel would suit your family requirements, along with an updated copy of their CV.
Once you decide which candidates you’d like to meet we will arrange a suitable interview date. Our candidates will be fully briefed by us on the role you are offering and the background on your family requirements. Each candidate will bring along their professional portfolio to show you more about themselves and their achievements. Once you have had the first interview we will then discuss feedback with both you and with the candidate and, if both parties would like to proceed further with a second interview, we will again arrange this.
Whilst it’s entirely up to you how you conduct the interview, we are here to offer support with tips on interview questions.
Once you decide to make a formal offer to a candidate we can then provide the following:
- Job offer letter template
- Sample contract
- Give guidance on helping to settle your candidate into the role
- Give you payroll contacts
We also keep in contact with the candidate throughout their term of employment giving advice and tips along the way. This will include nutrition advice, setting up nanny picnics/meet ups with their charges.
