The Handpicked Nannies Team
Handpicked Nannies is a family business. We bring a wide understanding of finding the right childcare solution for your family. We meet and listen to both the nannies and parents to make sure both parties are comfortable with any decisions being made. We pride ourselves on the personal touch we offer and will help you every step of the way. Handpicked Nannies promise not only an exceptional service when hiring your nanny, but we will always go that one step further and work closely with both the family and candidate after placement to continue our unique, professional level of service.
Gemma Healy
Hello I’m Gemma Healy of Handpicked Nannies. Prior to working at Handpicked Nannies I worked in the city for over 15 years for an international publishing company. I gained a huge wealth of experience, working closely with the CEO as a senior manager on a range of projects and roles.
I am a mother of two young children so I am very familiar with the day to day challenges of a working and non-working families. I have the experience of working as a nanny and employing nannies to look after my own children so I can appreciate the needs of both the nannies and families.
I am very passionate about providing good quality childcare providers to families and find the perfect family for the nannies registered with us. I enjoy meeting our clients and nannies face to face so I can get to know you and understand your needs.
Vicky Healy
After a career spent in a senior management role within HR I wanted a change of direction. So, I’ve since spent 12 years within the education sector, working with a large group of schools, to provide a wide range of services to support the children and families within those schools.
My experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of providing a secure, safe and caring environment where every child is able to thrive happily and achieve their full potential.
At Handpicked Nannies we embrace this philosophy and take a pride in finding the right person to care for your child.
